Thorin dies. Thorin wakes up. He is understandably confused by this, especially since he appears to be in the Erebor he knew as a young dwarf, about to be attacked by a dragon. A time-travel fic with Thorin as the one living his life twice.

Bilbo Baggins was not a particularly talented Guide. He knew that. His family knew that. Every last Hobbit in the four Farthings and Bree knew that. But that meant nothing when one morning an agony that wasn’t Bilbo’s ripped right through him, dropping him to his knees with a scream. Wrapped up in the pain there was a presence. Someone fierce and determined, nestling himself in the blank space in Bilbo’s mind for the barest of moments before he slipped away. It was like fingertips brushing across the outside fringe of his soul, and Bilbo wanted it back. Wanted him back. And so help him, Bilbo was going to find him. His Sentinel.

After the Battle of the Five Armies and return to home, Bilbo feels strangely restless. Well, the way his family tries to marry him off might be contributing to this. The One Ring decides it needs to understand its bearer better in order to properly manipulate him - the hobbit is proving unexpectedly good at resisting its influence. The road to East is long and this was never supposed to happen, but violence was never Bilbo's preference when it came to solving problems - whether he was aware that a problem existed or not. The Wise and the Mighty might say that everything has already been tried against Sauron, but Good Hobbit Sense and actually communicating somehow hadn't made that list.

After an unprecedented Goblin attack on the Shire, Bilbo finds himself whisked back to Erebor with his son he never wanted Thorin to know about.

In a world where omega males are slightly less rare than Arkenstones, Thorin doesn't do himself much of a favour by falling in love with the first gentlehobbit he lays eyes on. Much more is expected of virile alpha male dwarves, after all, even more so for kings, but when Bilbo is revealed to be the first omega male in centuries, Erebor is suddenly not the only prize that Thorin has set his sights on winning.

A retelling of The Hobbit, from the point of view of Ms. Bilbo Baggins, who travels with her loving dwarves to reclaim the Lonely Mountain and has many an erotic mishap along the way.

The Shire is spread out at Bilbo’s feet like a green duvet that stretches out as far as the eye can see. The air is full of birdsong and the indistinct murmur of a small town; conversation, laughter, and squabbling all blending together into a single cohesive whole. Bilbo stands on young strong legs without thinking and takes three shaking steps away from the polished flagstone that makes up the front step of Bag End. There is Farmer Maggot driving a herd of geese to market and there, there is Hamfast Gamgee tramping down Bagshot Row looking like a tween again with a flask of Gamgee rotgut poking out his back pocket. He is surrounded by faces and voices he knows, all of whom should be older and altered. Many of which should be dead. ‘Is this the undying land?’ Bilbo wonders and pinches himself. It feels real. It feels too real. If feels… familiar. Bilbo gets sent back from the Undying Lands for one last try. Sometimes perspective makes all the difference.

A brainchild born from me and my best friend. Setting One: Thranduil is intersex, and this is hidden until discovered by Elrond. Setting Two: His awakened body has a heat cycle, with unpredictable triggers. As Consort Under the Mountain, Bilbo quickly realizes that there's a lot more to dwarves than meets the eye. Short drabbles that focus on the lives of the Company after the Battle of the Five Armies and before the War of the Ring. Expect quite a lot of little Frodo, hurt/comfort moments, and Erebor's favorite royals.

Bilba Baggins couldn't be happier. She's embraced her Baggins' half and has placated her Took half with a short trip to Bree (the most adventure she ever wishes to have). In addition, she is convinced Fram Harfoot, the most eligible bachelor in all of Hobbiton, will soon declare his eternal love for her - particularly after he sees the dinner she's prepared for him. When the knock sounds on her door she just knows it heralds the first day of the rest of her life as a respectable, and entirely proper, Hobbit. Instead of her Happily Ever After, however, Bilba gets a company of Dwarves - complete with their obnoxious leader who MIGHT be vaguely attractive if he ever stopped ruining it by opening his mouth. Clearly the only possible explanation is somewhere, in a past life, she must have done something truly AWFUL to deserve this.

Hobbits rub noses to greet each other - a fact the dwarves don't know until they arrive in Rivendell and Elrond greets a surprised Bilbo by rubbing their noses together. Some of the company find it quite amusing, but Thorin is less than pleased. Fluff! Fill for the Hobbit Kink Meme.

There are no words adequate to describe the Last Homely House or the wonders of Lord Elrond’s hospitality, which seems impossible to strain even under the burden of thirteen empty dwarfish stomachs and their even more trying attitudes. Having played hostess to those same stomachs in her time, Briar is duly impressed and endeavors to add to the burden as little as possible. This is made somewhat more difficult by the fact that elves, apparently, are better able to differentiate between hobbit gentlemen and hobbit ladies that dwarves seem to be. A fact Briar learned when Lord Elrond pulled her to one side after their meal and put her into the hands of his daughter and her women with a gentle smile. Briar feels that she probably owes him a swift kick in the shins for that.

Bilbo Baggins is going on an adventure and along the way he might just learn that being respectable isn't all it's cracked up to be. A look into how Bilbo got to know and befriend the dwarves and maybe, just maybe, come to care for one in particular. Slow burn Bagginshield, rating may change.

Lyla Baggins, a respectable hobbit, with a Tookish streak, agrees to follow a group of dwarves far to the East, over ranges and rivers, to reclaim their homeland. Her mission is simple: defeat a dragon and convince the leader of the company, Thorin Oakenshield, to trust her. That may prove difficult, though, since he doesn't even know that she's a girl.

Bilbo finds out that dwarves have zero concept of anal sex or rimming and winds up having to explain it to Thorin, to his great embarrassment. Later, the explanation gets more in-depth and eventually gives both Bilbo and Thorin more than they bargained for. This began as a comical smut one-shot but eventually took on a life of its own as a massive Bagginshield vs Kilbo love triangle. It has become a tale of love, pining, heartbreak, family, and sacrifice. But there is still smut. I'm still me, damnit. **This was written pre-Desolation of Smaug, based on the film version of The Unexpected Journey and The Hobbit text**

When Thorin summons the company to the Lesser Hall and Bilbo explains what she wants done, there is a long silence, followed by thunderous argument. “I suppose we shouldn’t have expected better,” Bilbo mutters as Óin and Dwalin bellow at each other. It’s typical, Thorin thinks, and is disgusted with himself for the rush of fondness he feels.

Bilbo is forced back to The Shire before the Battle of the Five Armies is over. He remembers Thorin dying in his arms but something just feels wrong inside his heart and he longs to see the mountains again. Struggling to find some peace after losing the one he loved. Bilbo resigns himself to a lifetime of loneliness but fate has a very different plan for both of them.

She is a warrior returned from the battlefield to a place where the greatest threat will be not having enough scones for tea She doesn't know how she will fit back in after all she's gone through but she is willing to try. She is content with the thought of peace. The notion of living without fear of imminent death, or of something trying to eat her, is a good one. Unfortunately for Bilba, however, there is a ring whispering in her pocket, a force rising from the darkness and an evil burning in scarlet flame. And they have no intention of allowing her rest.

Bilbo Baggins has been a hobbit for many long years and he should very much like to keep it that way, thank you very much. An old friend drops by Bag End with the offer of an adventure and despite Bilbo's refusal, the idea of only thirteen dwarves and a wizard facing a dragon may just convince him yet. After all, he has experience with the Great Dragons of the North. Once upon a time, he was one.

Hobbits had many secrets, perhaps as many as the dwarfs. But no one knew about hobbit secrets, so no one went looking for them. When Dwalin had told Bilbo of the deepest secret of dwarrow children, Bilbo had kept the deepest secret of hobbit children behind his teeth. Note: This story is a series of vignettes and ideas. I'll probably never finish them all, but the last chapter includes a summary of what all I might have thrown in.

Bilbo hadn't exactly meant this when he'd said that to Gandalf as they boarded the ship.No, he had definitely not wanted to restart his life from just before it was overturned by dwarves, elves, dragons, skinchangers, and oh, let's not forget dragons and gold-sickness. And that Valar forsaken Ring. This was most definitely not what he had imagined.And yet, that was exactly what was happening. Bella Baggins sacrificed herself to save the Shire when the dragon Smaug attacked. He used her to repair Erebor with her Hobbit abilities to fix broken things. When Gandalf strolled up the Bagshot Row towards Bag End, Bilbo Baggins was far from pleased. He might have owed the wizard a favour, sure, though the old coot himself never even mentioned payback of any kind, but a suicidal quest to reclaim a homeland and slay a dragon with only thirteen dwarves, and not thirteen of the brightest at that, was a bit too much. Then there was, of course, the issue of him being a dragon. Kind of. And even bigger issue of Goldlust that could only be controlled by a Tamer. But Bilbo's people were long dead and gone, and his potential Heart with them. So why is his spirit all but purring at the sight of a certain pigheaded Dwarf King?

Ellie finds herself in a predicament. She's lost in the woods, covered in poop and the only person willing to help her is the same guy who held a sword at her throat. This practical joke isn't funny. So I have a prompt list. Several actually. And every day I write a short story based off my prompt word/phrase of the day. All of them are Silmarillion-related (dips into The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings here and there). Expect everything ranging from utterly cliche romance to mildly explicit gore and horror. No one ever said Arda was a nice place. But do note that I won't be posting any smut here. Prompts are meaningful snapshots, and unless the sex is really important, I'll be skipping it to get to the point.
