Roronoa Zoro/Vinsmoke Sanji

Luffy, Zoro and Usopp are in deep shit with the rest of the crew after a careless prank on a mysterious new island hurts Sanji’s feelings. The island is obscenely oversized and massive, shrouded in a heavy fog and chock full of mystery. They’re not alone, but who can say who or what lurks in the mist? **STRAWHATS VS GIANT BUG ISLAND!!!

Sunny’s deck is awash with the sounds of laughter and music, two things Zoro can easily make out from where he’s perched on one of the upper levels, sitting cross legged with his back to the railing and a bottle of wine in hand.

“Hey Marimo,” he whispers, lacking his usual bite, “I would stay away if I were you… I think I have a fever.” “I don’t doubt it,” Zoro responds, gently as possible. “Though I think there’s more to it than that, Curls.”

Zoro makes a comment in passing that no one has ever made him come. Sanji is determined to change this.

Post-canon: Red-Leg Zeff finally gets to go to the All Blue to settle down with his adoptive son and (maybe unfortunately, he's not sure yet) his son's husband. Mind the tags - this is a sequel and an ABO story :)

When Zoro has one foot in each world after his fight with Mihawk, Sanji's voice seems to bring him back from the brink. Little do they know what this means and what will unfold. /“Sleep well. They’re worried about you.” Sanji doesn’t expect a response but Zoro’s face turning in his direction with his eyes still closed like he’s looking for him somehow makes Sanji pause. Sanji furrows his brows and approaches again. “Can you–can you hear me?” He feels like a fool saying it out loud but he swears Zoro perks up from hearing it. Sanji suddenly breaks out into a cold sweat. “Well, this is insane.” Sanji has to voice out loud the complete obvious.

Sanji is in a terrible mood, but Luffy and Zoro think that they can do something about that.
