Sometimes, when Izuku allows himself to comprehend the sick reality of his life, he finds that it no longer resembles the roots from which he sprouts. He is a fickle rose bush that was cared for and raised and coddled in its early seasons by a loving mother, growing strong, interwoven roots and a reliable base. And, Izuku thinks, he would have been a lovely rose bush. He would have flourished and unfurled and oh wouldn't that have been nice? Instead, along came Bakugou Katsuki: vegetation killer in a compatibly sized spray bottle. But this is the life Izuku has. It is ugly and broken and unrecognizable and so unbearably his and, god, how Izuku wishes it wasn't. But it is. So he makes his peace. or Izuku finds out he has a revival quirk and uses the opportunity to become a vigilante.

Aizawa Shouta remembers Bakugou at the beginning of the year, clearly stating that all he came to do was win, and would gladly step on anyone who got in his way. Now he has a 'squad' named after him. Aizawa Shouta remembers Todoroki declaring war on Midoriya, making it clear that he was here to be the best and didn't give a damn about anyone or anything, besides getting to the top. All but five minutes later, he risked his life without hesitation to help Izuku and Iida. So, when Hitoshi's first day in class A arrives, and he tells his Dads that he's not joining the hero course to make friends, Aizawa and Yamada share a look, and then laugh right in his face. OR Shinsou Hitoshi has finally joined Class 2A. He's not here to make friends. He's here to be a hero. If only these weirdly nice people would just leave him alone.

This is part 2 of my Blank Canvas AU. If you have not read the first part, you should do that before starting this. ;) On to the summary! Izuku and Hitoshi have done it. A Quirkless and a Villain have faced every challenge and set back and have successfully fought their way into the Hero Course. Now all that was left was to become Heroes. Easy, right? This next part of the series follows their start in the Hero Course. Friends reunite. New bonds are made. Lessons are taught and learned. All in hopes of becoming Heroes to make a better world. Izuku was chosen for his lack of quirk. Aizawa was chosen for his quirk’s usefulness as it pertained to the mission. Both were scanned and vetted meticulously, followed for a minimum of one month (Izuku) and a maximum of three (Aizawa; it took much longer due to his pro-hero status). Kidnapped and subjected to experimentation, torture, and horrors beyond comprehension, Izuku and Aizawa only have each other. But left to the mercy of their captors, will their companionship be enough to break themselves out? Or instead, lead them to break apart in the process?

Izuku was fine, he had to be. It's what everyone expected of him. He was the class sunshine, so he had to be fine. But what happens when he's not, and people start learning about his past?

The phrase ‘I would die for you’ is, as it turns out, not as passionate as Izuku once thought. There was a time, when he was younger and held his life in much higher regard, that the idea of loving someone enough to lay his life down in payment for theirs seemed like the ultimate display of devotion and love. But it’s not. The phrase is so passive, so resigned. It is an offer, one that leaves room to be accepted or denied upon Death’s whim. And Izuku comes to learn, one spring afternoon, that his sacrifice is not an offer. His is a demand. He will die for them. ________ Sequel to "heap of ashes that i am". Brand new U.A. graduate, Shinsou Hitoshi, has a lot on his plate between finding a job, looking for a place to live, figuring out what his relationship with his mentors is going to look like now that they're not teacher and student anymore, and why his civilian boyfriend, Izuku, is acting so damn weird. Or: that one where Shinsou realizes a lot of things have been going on in the wings.

Midoria Izuku may have a quirk but that doesn’t mean he’s not useless, not to Bakugou at least. Until an almost accident causes an unexpected evolution of his quirk which causes the hierarchy to be flipped completely. After all, how many people can heal from death? UA and the Hero industry don’t know what’s coming. *-*Maybe some spoilers here but:Basically Midoria gets a supercharged quirk thanks to Bakugou being Bakugou, and finds himself an apprentice at Amaranth hospital at the age of 10 and a special public quirk licence by age 11. A fateful meeting with Sasaki Mirai has the man adopting and training Izuku, and attempting to get Yagi Toshinori to give his quirk to Izuku. Except All Might meets Izuku in a very different way, and maybe Izuku fixes more than the lost organs? And gets another dad out of it. (I’m a sucker for parental All Might alright?)Also Aizawa won’t get any sleep because of his favourite problem child.

I will essentially be taking my favorite Oneshots, and exerts from longer fics, and letting the characters react to them! I love this type of fic and really wanted to write my own. But rather having it focused on one, fic itself I thought, why not have them react to a bunch of different ones? There will be a lot of Dadzawa!

Dabi had enough. Enough of hiding, enough of running, and especially enough of watching Hawks get hurt.It was time to do something. And so, the charred man turned to the only two people he knew he could rely on; Aizawa and Yamada.Dabi once again donned the mask of Touya Todoroki, a person he'd never thought he'd be ever again... Shouto Todorki wasn't expecting his oldest brother to magically return from the dead, but after unravelling Dabi's identity he stands to try and uphold their, already fragile, family; even if he doesn't know what to think of most of them. Meanwhile, Class 1-A must learn what it truly means to 'abuse one's power' and the reality that, not only are villains made, but heroes are too.

Izuku was a bad boy. He wasn’t sure why but that was what dad said. Everything seemed to lead to punishment. If he spoke, he was punished; if he left his room, he was punished; If he ate what mom snuck him and dad found out, he was punished. When he turned four he went to preschool, Kacchan said that preschool was for cool kids. The teachers kept asking mom why he came to school with bruises. She said he was clumsy. They asked him too, when mom wasn’t around. He said he was clumsy too. Some of their classmates already had their quirks. Mom and Kacchan said he would get his soon. Kacchan’s quirk came in the second week of preschool. He could make explosions! Kacchan told him they would be the best hero duo when Izuku’s quirk came in. It did not. This is just part of the story because we don't want to spoil too much!Make sure to check the tags!

Izuku comforts Eri, and that's it, right? Or, Izuku tells Eri a story, but she's smart, and she picks up on things, bringing Dadzawa into the mess.

Midoriya Izuku comes from a long line of secret Force users. Reconciling that with living as a Quirkless person in and Quirked world is interesting at best --and that was before his Dad tried to make him commit a murder. Present Mic and Eraserhead, meanwhile, have been trying to adopt for a while with no luck until Mic walks past the wrong (possibly the right) custody hearing and can't help but step in. A Boku no Hero Academia and Star Wars Fusion.

This is part 3 of my Blank Canvas AU. If you have not read the first two parts, you should do that before starting this one. ;) On to the summary! Midoriya Izuku has been tried and tested and is already making a name as the first Quirkless Hero. Winner of the Sports Festival and capturer of the infamous Hero Killer Stain. Whether his accomplishments are praised or criticized, Izuku is well on his way to be a Hero. Through thick and thin, success or ruin, he will fight the good fight with his friends, family, and mentors encouraging him on. Watch out Villains of the world, the Hero Edge is on the case. This next part will follow through the exams, lead up to the training camp, and whatever other shenanigans these problem children get into. As always, this is a slow burn fic and honestly I have no idea how long this part will end up being. But I have a plan for an ending of sorts so we'll have to wait and see! Shouta Aizawa-Yamada and Hizashi Yamada-Aizawa get Izuku through an independent adoption. Izuku was born with his quirk, and single mother Inko Midoriya, could not take care of him. She wanted the best for her son, and then she comes into contact with Shouta and Hizashi. They raise Izuku at UA, and the kid becomes known as the young prince of UA. It’s a cold December morning, and as Izuku looks at the fat, fluffy snowflakes falling gently to the ground, surrounded by friends he can’t help but think, “I’m glad I didn’t kill myself.” The problem is he says it too. OR Izuku is hit by a quirk that destroys his filter and impairs his cognition. It goes about as well as you might think.

Izuku’s quirk is venom. Like from the movie.He is found by Eraserhead while he was on patrol fighting people trying to mug a woman. Eraserhead tells the police and they decide to force Izuku to go to the hero course because if he became a villain, he would be too dangerous. He never wanted to be a hero and he hates them. Izuku isn’t allowed to leave the campus because the heroes are afraid he’ll run. Chaos ensues

All it took was a single decision. Just one. And suddenly the young, quirkless boy wasn’t so quirkless anymore. This newfound quirk is enough to save his childhood friend turned bully when he is attacked by a villain made of sludge, all without getting in the way of the heroes. It’s enough to get into UA. It’s even enough to protect him from those that would do him harm. It should be enough to keep his mother around – to make her love him. It should be enough for him to believe that when someone says they care, they mean it. But it isn’t. Izuku has learned that no one truly cares. Not about him. Right? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Slow updates :)
