Getting used to Lucifer in his head is one thing, but when he starts hallucinating Gabriel, Sam thinks it might just break him. Especially when Gabriel just won't stop insisting he's real.

Sam finds Dean tied to some railroad tracks. Things go downhill from there. (Set mid season 7.)
