Taehyung didn’t know when all of it exactly started. Probably yesterday, when Jeongguk texted him about the date he attended and Taehyung knew he shouldn’t have felt envious of the fact but he still did. Or probably when he got in the basketball varsity and, the famous, Jeon Jeongguk smiled at him so genuinely while welcoming him to the team. Maybe not that, maybe it was the time when Jeongguk told him that he felt most comfortable with Taehyung than with anyone else in the team, that the bond between them was tight and healthy. If it’s not one of those three things, it could have possibly been the time when Jeongguk told him that Taehyung made him the happiest with the biggest smile on his face while looking at Taehyung so fondly. He knows it’s fucked up. He knows Jeongguk is probably waiting for him to reply because he left the younger boy on read. He knows he should be telling someone about how he feels but, Kim Taehyung being Kim Taehyung, he decides to hide it under the rug.

‘’Stiles’’ The voice spoke a little stronger this time, the pitch a little rougher as the warm hand moved away from his neck and he was left alone. ‘’Can you hear me’’ The rough voice asked from closer this time as Stiles let his head turn slowly towards the sound. ‘’Mr. MChottie’’ Stiles grinned out, his voice slurred as his hand came up to touch against the stubbled jaw which was staring at him with a slight frown. ‘’are you going to kiss me again?’’ He asked. ‘’What...what...again’’ ‘’Shhh...Scotty mustn’t know’’ Stiles giggled again as he moved to roll over, only to be stopped short by even warmer hands on his shoulders which he gasped at before moving back again. ‘’Uhh...Derek...what just happened?’’ A voice asked as Stiles blinked at him and Derek stared back unmoving before his head was turning to look towards Scott who was still staring between the two of them.

Science was always a comfort to Kara. It was a reminder of Krypton. Of her people, culture, and family. She focused her attention on studying it when she first arrived on Earth for that reason. Then the years passed, Kara learned how to hide her differences, become more human, and that focus was lost. At least until Snapper reassigned her to cover the science and technology beat at The Tribune.
