When Midoriya Izuku is 13 years old, he is kidnapped on his way home from school by a villain.One year later he is found and returned home with some scars, no memories of the events he went through, and a latent fire quirk.Izuku has to live a double life if he and his loved ones are to survive, even if that means lying to everyone and committing deeds that he’s not sure the heroes would forgive him for. He just needs to come up with a plan to defeat one of the most powerful men in the world, maintain both of his covers in the presence of enemies and allies alike, and hopefully not forget the “real” him. Left on a rooftop as his idol walks away, Izuku is left lost and hopeless.But, then, a strange man presents an offer that Izuku can't refuse. Almost a year later and Bakugou is angsty, All Might is still without a successor, and the new class 1-A at U.A. is being plagued by the appearance of a strange villain amongst the crowd. With one last shot at redemption, Izuku struggles with his morality, memory, and loyalties as he's forced to question everything he thought he knew. Villain!AU but with a happy ending.

Katsuki has his path set before him and his desire to save Izuku only burns hotter. With the curtain drawn back and the pieces finally revealed to him, he can finally begin to play the game for real. The goal is to take down All for One and to release Izuku from his shackles. Izuku knows it's not that simple, though. The stakes are higher than ever before. But if there's a war to be fought, then both he and Katsuki will need to prepare. They will need to gather their own army if they are to survive this hell. Though tragic, it wasn’t anything that the public paid attention to for long. He had no friends to speak of, no teachers who felt a particular attachment to the child. Midoriya Izuku disappeared without a trace, leaving only a grieving mother behind. And the world moved on. Three years later a new villain makes himself known to Japan. He is Ambush: a violent and clever character with no name and no story -- only a burning desire to bring Japan to its knees. In the shadows a threat manifests, and more and more important figures are found cut to ribbons or burned to near-unrecognizable crisps. A storm is brewing in the dark alleys and back streets of Japan, and when the clouds break and the rain comes crashing down, Ambush will wash all of hero society away in the floodwater.

Instead of Katsuki Bakugou getting kidnapped, Izuku Midoriya risks his life and ends up being taken by the League of Villains. A rescue is ensured, but instead they come face to face with Deku next to All for One, calling him "Sensei". They discover that Deku's memories had been altered from the point when Bakugou tells him that if he wants a quirk, he can jump off the school roof and be reborn with one. He believes he did just that, and was reborn with a powerful quirk that rivals Bakugou. He'd never admit it, but Bakugou had been saved by Deku in more ways than one, so now can he return the favor?
