The Project was supposed to create affordable housing and opportunities, but instead it created a breeding ground for gang violence and drug trafficking. There's a visible disparity between the West Side of Chicago and the surrounding areas. What will happen to a young woman(Asami Sato) who tries to conduct covert research in the area? Will she be accepted by the local people or shunned away? Will she be able to cope with the daily gunfire, the regular deaths, the reoccurring overdoses?
