This is a bonus assignment I did for my History of Radio & Television class... it's my first ever fic, please be kind. It's written roughly in the style of a typical Night Vale broadcast; Cecil observes Scully and Mulder's investigative shenanigans, yadda yadda yadda. Basically this is me experimenting. Enjoy my stupidity! Also, I'm a couple of episodes behind in Night Vale so apologies if anything isn't canon!

In which it takes a certain NYPD detective a little longer than it should to recognize a national icon.

Because he is not prepared for that low, hoarse voice or that intense stare or the way Steve’s nose nearly brushes against his own. “Is your problem?” In which Bucky Barnes is slightly bowled over by his neighbor's lack of clothing, and Steve is shy and grumpy until he isn't.

Confessions and fears of parenthood.
