[PD] Sagebrush Sally and Elke Elkberg (Jimmy Neutron)

A pair of one episode characters from Jimmy Neutron. They’re the same base (3D) model with different hair and clothes and don’t quite have enough distinct pics to make on their own, so I tried making them a single model. Tell me if there's any Jimmy Neutron characters without a LoRA you'd like to see (and if they're not a one shot, what episodes I can get good shots in): I can't guarantee I'll do them but I want to gradually make tagged datasets for the series so I can eventually combine them into a style.

No changes from Illustrious. I didn't intend to keep them Illustrious exclusives this long, but had a bunch of other stuff I wanted to do on a timeframe.
