Rather than the police station, Katsuki's friends bring him to a hospital after rescuing him from the villains. His wounds were minor, but it didn't make having them treated any less important. As it would so happen, Best Jeanist was also brought to this hospital after the attack. About five years ago, Midoriya was framed as a traitor of UA. Everyone believed it except for a select few. He was thrown in jail for two months and later found innocent, but the damage was done. After Katsuki tells his parents he and Izuku are together, the hag insists on hosting a Bakugou-Midoriya family dinner over winter break. Katsuki just wants to get it over with and go back to UA, where his overbearing mother isn't watching and criticizing his every move. If it weren't for he and Izuku sneaking into each other's rooms every night, Katsuki probably wouldn't be able to handle it. They've gotten away with it so far, but their luck's about to run out.

The second worst day of Katsuki's life is when he presents. Katsuki is an Alpha but he would do literally anything to have been an Omega or Beta. He's too dangerous, too feral, too aggressive. He's convinced that if he takes enough pills, put on enough scent patches, people will treat him differently. They never do and Katsuki just continues to spiral.
