Featuring characters from Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. paired with Avengers, X-Men and more.Note: I do have a poll but it's on FF.net; I can't figure out how to reproduce it here! Peter had only been in the gig of being Spider-Man for less than two years. He avoided the Avengers and other heroes like the plague, knowing that if they knew who he was and how old he was that they'd stop him from helping people. Now Spider-Man is entangled in assumptions of character, and the fear that he is a vigilante that could go rogue and power-hungry, the Avengers are tasked at stopping him before he 'goes too far'. This is a story about how Spider-Man and the Avengers finally meet - - and how Peter might get more than he would ever ask for.

"The first time Peter’s timer stops he is eleven years old. It times out in the middle of the night and wakes him up like an electric shock. The blank timer stares at him from his wrist as he yells and screams for his aunt and uncle." Spideypool AU with timers where Wade keeps getting killed and making Peter's timer go blank. By the time they meet he's pretty pissed off. This was certainly a summary with words, but they were not good ones. Based off a tumblr prompt that I cannot find anymore.

Peter’s known Wade for a while now, so he can maybe see how this makes sense -- like, maybe Wade has a thing about going commando and just happened to have an old girlfriend’s panties lying around, one thing led to another…but… “And the bra?” Peter croaks.

Hydra has had Peter in their custody for three years. Deadpool is hired to break him out. Throw in an alien symbiote, motels, and superhero explosions and things get gay.

T'Challa could only hope Rogers hadn't seriously injured or killed any one on his quest. There had been enough death in the past weeks, God knows he couldn't handle much more right now. He was a strong man, but even the strongest can break under to much pressure. T'Challa sighed noisily, his frustrations growing further. Shuri would be returning soon and then he had no way to stash the Avengers away. He looked out the windows of the study, staring out over the vast jungle, at the skyline cloaked in its blackness.He prayed for strength, for guidance, for some kind of foresight of what may come.If only his prayers had been answered. He would have been able to see what the Gods had in store for him. How his life was about to be shattered. Nothing would ever be the same. His world would forever be changed, and he didn't even know. “Hiya, Peter,” Deadpool is standing there in all his red and black glory, sounding deceptively cheerful. All too cheerful, in fact, for a gun resting against one muscular thigh and a hand reaching back to, no doubt, grab a katana. “Peter Parker,” Deadpool continues, saying his name like he wants to bite into it. It’s actually kind of hot. God. Focus, Peter. Is Deadpool seriously going to try to kill him now? All too late, Peter realizes that Spider-Man never responded to Deadpool’s messages. -- When he's blackmailed by, of all people, a weird work acquaintance who needs Spider-Man gone for obviously illegal purposes, Peter is forced to hang up the suit- at least temporarily -until he can resolve the situation. Unfortunately, things start to get sticky when Deadpool, who Spider-Man's been on-again off-again with (okay, yeah, lowkey messing around with), crashes into Peter's life and demands the photographer help him figure out what's got his favorite webhead so spooked. Peter's life is really weird.

Peter has enough problems with high school, friendship complications, an internship at Oscorp, and his arachnid alter ego. Throw in a merc with a mouth covered in unfairly sexy red leather, and things get a little crazy. Wade just wants to talk shit with his friend Weasel, eat tacos, listen to bad tween pop music, and participate in some soft-core torture and murder. When a certain little spider swings into his life, things get complicated. Spider-Man saves people. Deadpool kills them. Their investigation takes them further than they expect, forcing them to face their own pasts. But will the bond forming between them help or hurt? Peter and Wade team up so often, in fact, that they’ve ended up belly-to-belly in broom closets, wedged together like puzzle pieces in wooden crates during hideouts, and in various close-up positions that require a significant amount of trust for Peter to be comfortable with. But it took a while. This was originally going to be a 5+1 fic, but I'm having too much fun to restrict it to a certain format.
