post-lawsuit (9-1-1 tv)

Athena Grant gets a call from the hospital on her day off, claiming that she needs to come in to discuss options for Buck, as his emergency contact. A lot of information is reveled, and she finally understands what the boy she's come to see as her own has been through. Or: Buck throws another clot, calls the 118 & Maddie out on their shit, lets Athena hold him as he cries, and then finally talks to Eddie.

Post-Lawsuit Buck is the man behind but doesn't complain and things look bleak until one day an unexpected visitor stops by the station and like the title says, drops one hell of a truth bomb on Bobby and the 118 regarding what was really going on.

Buck loves music. After the lawsuit, he finds the time to express everything that’s happened into song form, building a safety net of lyrical prose. What he doesn’t expect is that his music takes off, skyrocketing him to fame under the alias “Evan Buchanan”. When Bobby forces him to use all of his vacation time, he decides to embark on his North American tour. As his absence in the station grows, the 118 realize how much they ruined Buck. As Buck’s last performance at Dodger Stadium approaches, can the team rectify their mistakes? (This is a LOT of Taylor Swift repurposed as Buck’s songs btw) (btw idk how firefighter leave works oopsies)

Eddie feels a certain way, Maddie doesn’t know how to take it, Athena and Bobby comfort each other, Chris lost another parent.
