(Or, Dream left and started a cottagecore after the L'manberg Revolution and a Dreamon took his spot and the plot continues as it does in canon. Each character chases after and finds Dream in his lowly little cottage, connected oneshots style. We wrap up a bunch of loose ends and get that happy ending.)

Tommy stares down the zombie piglin. The child looks at him curiously, before making grabby hands at the blonde; Tommy’s face scrunches up. “Tubbo, this is vile” “Wha- Hey that’s my son!” Tubbo goes to grab his son. Honestly, he knows what kind of person his best friend is, but can he just not insult his son? He meets the gaze of the demon, the leader of the so called Badlands, the armored being in front of him who could kill him without breaking a sweat, and he holds out a hand for Ranboo to take. “It’s going to rain soon.” BadBoyHalo tells him, voice light. There is no malice in his eyes, only curiosity and concern. “And I’ve heard you don’t like rain. You wanna come inside?” Ranboo’s head tells him it's a trap but his gut looks Bad in the eyes and knows he’s being genuine. There’s no catch to the offer, it’s simply given to him out of… Pity? The goodness of Bad’s heart? Whatever it is, it makes Ranboo want to collapse on the spot. When did he get so tired? (Ranboo feels like he has nowhere to go. The Badlands beg to differ.)

Tommy was a god, plain and simple. To him, it was simply a fact. Even if it is a fact that he didn’t like anybody else knowing. He was created by the prime god millions of centuries ago. DreamXD was made before him as was Foolish but Tommy was older than every other god whether they be major or minor.

Tommy wasn’t a man who gave up easily. He was a child soldier after all. A pup in a world full of hungry corrupt wolves. Even though he never thought of it like that. He was grown, for the only fact children should never have the need to go to war. So when he fell into the lava below you could only guess how much pain and terror a boy like him had to have been through. To make him want to give up and choose death over life. It seemed that even in death Tommy Craft couldn’t catch a break. No one got second chances. So Tommy had no clue why him of all people deserved one. So it was definitely a surprise to him when he wakes up years into the past. To his family, his pack there and well. Tommy didn’t deserve another chance, but it didn’t mean he wasn’t going to use it. And in the darkness of endless void a god watches. Like a phenix coming back from the ashes he watches a pup not have to become a man.
