Bucky Barnes, aka The Winter Soldier, woke up from cryosleep, dismantled the trigger words in his head, and resumed dating Steve Rogers. He's also in therapy for depression and anxiety, but you can't really blame the guy. It's been a hell of a century. Bucky also isn't a morning person.
