I Didn’t Ask To Be A Hero Seeking Praise
The school year was supposed to be as normal as possible. Being the problem child at a STEM school was supposed to be Percy's biggest issue. The gods were supposed to be done with him. He had his time to shine. Percy had won them two major wars, had done their bidding, had walked through literal hell for them, yet apparently that wasn't enough. The fates must have loved making Percy's life a greater Shakespearean tragedy than all of Shakespeare's tragedies combined. Couldn't they find themselves a new hero to mess with? Percy was getting too old for their games. Seriously, there where hundreds of demigods that would love to gamble their chance at death.
