A new generation was here. One filled with heroes but also with villains. A group, which the heroes call The Uglies, were rumored to have been making a plan to wipe out the capital. The heroes, also known as P.o.G need a miracle. Instead they got Tommy. Or Tommy is apart of an evil group and gets taken by P.o.G after an accident. Soon he learns that his supposed enemies might not be that bad.

"I'll show it to you one day" he doesn't know why he says that, he knows by now not to make promises he doesn't know he can keep. "Really?" "I promise" and he swears to himself he'll find a way to keep it. *** Or Techno is a hero on a mission that quickly gets derailed when he meets Tommy, a boy who's spent his whole life locked in one room with only Dream, the biggest villain of the century, for company.

“Peter, is it supposed to be doing that?” One of his students asked him. He looked up to see the industrial-strength magnets he’d collected for this lab trying to crack through the glass between them to be reunited. The glass splintered. “Yeah, no. That’s totally fine,” he lied. Then he inconspicuously chased everyone to the corner of the lab, donned a glove, and smashed the glass so that it wouldn’t splinter and stab someone in the eye in its explosion. His students cheered. He needed a drink. (Peter gets called back to the city at the age of 25 to help mitigate the rapidly increasing crime rate. He's in way over his head, so he sets out to re-establish Team Red.)

“Who did this to you?” the Blood God growls, low and dangerous. And anyone in their right mind would be afraid, would be shitting their pants, but Tommy just flicks his eyes to the floor and mumbles that it doesn’t matter. Echo hums softly, brushing his fingers gently over the bruises coloring Tommy’s cheek, stopping at the gash over his eyebrow before carding through his hair. Tommy doesn’t mean to lean into the touch, he knows these men are dangerous, are deadly, but he can’t help but feel safe, wrapped up in their brutal care.

Two of the city's superheroes fight villians and protect the city whilst keeping their true identities a secret. They cannot even know the names of each other, their faces disguised by their magical jewels. Dream is a flirty, cocky and impulsive hero with a sword and a smirk, never failing to cast witty and flirty remarks at his partner. GNotFound is clever and calculated, and can’t stand being near the flirty masked hero. Exams, friend groups, crushes, fights and prom should be their main stressors. But George and Clay barely have time to sleep, let alone focus on anything else. None of that stops George from crushing hard on his classmate, but Clay’s heart seems to be somewhere else. Perhaps with a certain masked hero he secretly spends nearly every day with. Neither can escape the responsibilities on their shoulders, and they can’t tell anyone their problems. The only person that could possibly understand what they are going through, is each other. But they don’t even know who that is.Which is Super inconvenient.

But that doesn't mean that Bakugou's gotten any better at these things, even after all of these years.

Changing universes, getting superpowers, and merging mind and soul with a homeless orphan child isn't terribly dramatic or difficult. The parts before that really aren't all that much worse. Unfortunately, that's only the beginning for poor, unfortunate, Jacqueline Colere. Being small and adorable is a pretty good superpower, as is being mostly capable of making good decisions. And healing powers are pretty great, even if they’re also pretty useless in a fight. She even has good people skills (sorta) and surprisingly good knowledge, maturity and planning ability for a fourteen year old. Now if only the universe she’d arrived in wasn’t a horrible, horrible mess in all sorts of ways, and maybe if she’d actually so much as heard of the story she’d supposedly been shoved into, things would be great.
