One Night with the King
One Night with the King
After a foolish night of drunkenness, the young King Thor is on a search for a new queen, this time a commoner that the people of Asgard can rise behind and love as one of their own. All Aesir youth who are of age and pass the initial tests of beauty, virginity, and fertility are to be housed in the king’s harem where they will be groomed and trained for potential queenship. After one year’s time, the king will then spend a single night with each of the chosen youth in order to choose his queen. The strangest youth in competition for the crown? A lying, thieving, mysterious trickster known only by the name of Loki. Little does the House of Odin know that Loki is neither Aesir nor a commoner.

Had We But World Enough
Had We But World Enough
Written for the following Norsekink prompt:- Loki and Thor have been married since they were little and they grew up sharing a palace wing. The boys never shared a bed because Odin and Frigga wanted to make sure nothing inappropriate could happen while they were still young. They also used to get chaperoned a lot so that there could be no hanky panky. Everyone assumes that Loki and Thor’s marriage has progressed to include sex now that they’re adults and if the maids notice that there are still two beds being used in the princes’ wing, they know better than to gossip about it. Loki and Thor both desperately want to move their relationship to the next level. It’s just really awkward to change up a centuries old platonic relationship with your spouse. Neither of them ever had a change to figure out this romance stuff naturally and neither of them wants to pressure the other. It all comes to a head when the boys take a trip to another realm and are given a single room when their hosts hears that they’re married.

Guilt bubbled up in his belly, not for the first time since he decided he needed to find a way to get out of Jotunheim permanently, but it was worse now that his plans seemed to be falling into place. For all his faults, Loki loved his father and knew he had his reasons to try and shelter him. Loki felt bad about having to trick him, but he’d never let Loki go otherwise. Asgard was going to be his home. Whether anyone else liked it or not.

The Prince of Fire
The Prince of Fire
Loki is the child of tales long since assumed to be legends among the Jotuns. He is born with warm skin and eyes the color of fire, marking him as an extraordinarily powerful sorcerer-- one who can control both fire and frost. His distinguishing traits are hidden from all Jotuns in the realm, save for the royal family. He is nameless to the people of Jotunheimr, simply "the prince," lest his name ever expose him to the Asgardians. Odin has fallen into the Odinsleep and Thor holds the throne in his absence. After Volstagg and Hogun are killed while trespassing on Jotun soil, Thor responds with an army to take back the casket, fearful of the Jotuns possessing such power. Thor goes searching for something to barter with in Jotunheimr.
