Lexa deals with her emotions about the betrayal and tries to figure out how to maintain peace without her Skai Prisa.What if Heda and Wanheda are more than just titles? These events take place immediately following the fateful events of episode 3x07 (events halfway through the episode). I wanted to rewrite the ending of Clexa (or non-ending in this case) to makeup for what was ruined. They deserved a much longer, more fulfilling story. In this story, Lexa survives her fate! But how long will the two stay safe? And will their love have time to flourish in a time of uncertainty? *Warning: The beginning of the story focuses on and follows the events of 3x07, so if you feel like it may trigger you, then do not read this story. Also, there is some violence and description of gore.

In the aftermath of Lexa's death, the Coalition is in pieces with a new alliance threatening to wipe out both Trikru and the Sky People. In desperation and in grief, Clarke makes a second attempt to implant the earthbound embodiment of her lost love’s soul. But something goes wrong and when Clarke’s opens her eyes she is no longer Clarke at all; she has the piercing, calculating eyes of Commander Lexa. Canon divergence following the events of season 3.
