In a world where 80% of the population has a superpower called a Quirk, Midoriya Izuku has always wanted to become a Hero, a superpowered crimefighter who could save people with a smile and bring them hope in their time of need. No amount of bullying or scorn was ever going to beat that out of him. The only problem? He’s Quirkless. Then he meets a young woman who says she can help.
