Toga and Uraraka were stuck, really. Stuck in love, stuck in a system that wouldn’t let a hero and a villain be together- Toga was wondering why she even was a villain, anymore. Leaving the League wasn’t something that was going to happen, though, so she was stuck. Until a certain winged Pro Hero who also found himself stuck in a shitty situation offered her a way out. Both of them a way out. Or, Hawks adopts Toga because she’s helplessly in love with Uraraka, and they all have to learn how to adjust to their new lives.
