By treaty agreement, the Fire Nation colonies are to be returned to the Earth Kingdom and all Fire Nation subjects repatriated to the homeland—harmony among the nations will be restored, by sanction of the Avatar. But the Gaang finds that peace is sometimes messier than war. Love can mean many things. And harmony may not be found where they think it will.
