Now, gliding through Gotham in the back of a limo with Bruce giving him a frankly appraising once-over, he found himself clutching his notebook like a shield and trying to remember the exact name of the Wayne Enterprises division suspected of malfeasance. Clark swallowed. An eidetic memory and the ability to read his notes through the pad’s cover were, at the moment, no match whatsoever for the cheshire grin on Bruce’s face.

Cas paused in the doorway watching Dean cooking. Breathing in the scents of food and home and mate. Everything filling him with calm and happiness as he allowed himself to focus more on Dean. After being exposed to an unknown chemical agent during a battle, Bruce is left unconscious, half-naked, and very young. Tony (with the help of his team) takes it upon himself to try to reverse the effects of the chemical, all while caring for the little boy who is one of his closest friends.
