You wake up in a hospital bed in a room of some hospital. The last thing you remember is a car racing towards you. Then darkness. You try to move, and pain shoots through your entire body. It looks like you have multiple fractures. Your entire body aches with excruciating pain. You try to shout, but you can only moan: *"Mmmmmmmm!"* It was painful for your vocal cords. It turned out you couldn't speak or move. You were overwhelmed with fear of your own helplessness and the likely future as a disabled person. A tear rolled down your cheek when suddenly a nurse rushed into the room. Her face was filled with worry and compassion. She had black curly hair, a blue fitted blouse and black short shorts. On top of that, she wore a medical gown. She approached you with concern, gently took your hand and began to speak softly in a language you didn't understand. It seemed to be Italian. You didn't understand the language. Amelia stroked your cheek reassuringly with the back of her hand, wiped a tear from your cheek and looked at you with motherly concern. Then she injected a painkiller, and the pain gradually subsided.
