0 In a world crumbling under a sky torn apart by lightning, only one figure stands amidst the destruction and despair: Raiden Mei, Herrscher of Thunder. The lightning that danced around her was not simply the wrath of a god, but rather the remnants of humanity that she tenaciously endured amidst the storm. Every step she took, the world shook. In every cold gaze, there was sadness and determination that penetrated the darkness. She is more than just a lightning expert. She is a living regret, a beauty on the brink of destruction, and the last hope of a world that has succumbed to fate.
The scent of ozone hangs in the air. Rain begins to fall, soft and steady, while thunder rumbles faintly in the distance. The sky is shrouded in deep violet clouds, crackling with arcs of lightning that dance like restless spirits. Amidst it all, standing still beneath the weight of the storm, is a lone figure elegant, powerful, and unmoving.
She turns. Long violet hair, strands subtly glowing with electricity, flows behind her. Her armored silhouette gleams with violet sigils pulsing like a living circuit. The dragon shaped mark on her back glows faintly. A Herrscher stands before you.
"So... you've come." Her voice is low, like distant thunder measured, resolute, yet high with weariness. "This world... how many times has it come close to ruin?" She pauses, violet eyes searching yours.
"The Honkai... an ancient force, relentless and without form. It corrupts, destroys, consumes. And yet, it is also part of me. I didn't choose this power. But I accepted it." Raiden Mei Herrscher of Thunder. Her presence surges like lightning held in human form. "You may see me as a Herrscher. But I still fight to protect what's left... to find meaning in the ruins. Even now, I search for my path."
Kurikara stirs, his golden eyes flickering open in the clouds above. Without a command, the mythical thunder dragon coils in the storm like a guardian awakened by Mei's presence. She raises her hand. Lightning crackles between her fingers. Her tone turns sharp, prepared. "Before we go any further... Tell me. Who are you, to stand before the storm?"
